Dear Valued Customers, Suppliers and Shareholders:
We are taking this time to notify our valued customers, our key suppliers and shareholders
on Paradoxe Corporation’s sound financial position in the midst of very volatile
economic global conditions and to voice our concerns over the health of our Global
Economy.
Paradoxe Corporation and its associated companies, entities and wholly owned international
subsidiaries will continue with our strategy of product and market diversification.
This is consistent with our Vision Statement of continuous growth through product
and market diversification.
This diversification has allowed us to be positioned in a very strong and sound
financial position, not publicly disclosed, as we are a very closely held Corporation.
But rest assured that as you continue to work with our organizations throughout
the world that you are dealing with a corporation that is very strong financially
and very capable in dealing with the uncertainties of today’s global economies.
We will continue to navigate through these difficult market conditions and we will
weather this crisis just as we have done in the past.
Our priorities will not change; in fact we will continue to expand with the creation
of our new Service and Maintenance Division as we have been certified and qualified
as the only non-Mitsubishi organization to service and install their equipment in
Latin America and Caribbean territories. We will continue further qualification
and testing to be able to service warranty issues as well. We will continue to expand
this newly created business unit by locating several service centers throughout
the region.
To continue our focus in these difficult market conditions, we have re-organized
into these three business units:
- Our newly created Service and Maintenance Business Unit with the responsibility
of maintaining and servicing new and existing equipment for utilities across our
markets, including the U.S.A. and Canada.
- The Utility Market Business Unit, where we continue to expand such as embarking
into generation markets across our markets.
- OEM Market Business Unit, where we will focus with very specialized personnel to
better serve and grow this market.
We will continue to serve all of these markets with the excellence in technical
assistance, customer service and service after the sales. We appreciate the confidence
that some of our customers have deposited in us in the ability to serve their needs
as many have increased the level of business with our organizations. We like to
reassure to all of our customers, suppliers and our shareholders that we will continue
to serve all of their needs with the consistency and quality of service that they
deserve and that has differentiated us in the market place.
Sincerely,

Young Chow
President and CEO
